At MusaBella Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help. Please read this policy carefully before initiating a return, as some items are not eligible for return due to the nature of cosmetic products.

Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items. To be considered for a refund or exchange, your return request must be submitted within this window.

Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed condition

  • Include all original packaging, tags, and labels

  • Show no signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

For the health and safety of all customers, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic products of any kind

  • Items marked as Final Sale or purchased with a promotional discount code (unless defective)

  • Gift cards

  • Items not in their original packaging or missing original tags

  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering

Due to the nature of beauty and cosmetic products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items, regardless of circumstances. We recommend reviewing product details carefully before purchasing.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact us at musabellacosmetics@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your message

  3. Wait to receive return authorization and shipping instructions from our team

  4. Package items securely in their original packaging

  5. Ship Products back.

Please do not ship items back before receiving return authorization — unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method — we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit

  • MusaBella Cosmetics is not responsible for return packages until they are received and confirmed at our facility

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your return

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

  • You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed

Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account.

Store Credit

If you'd prefer, we're happy to offer store credit in lieu of a refund for eligible returns. Store credit does not expire and can be applied to any future purchase. Please indicate your preference when initiating your return.

Exchanges

If you need a different shade, size, or item, we're happy to help with an exchange on eligible, unopened products. To request an exchange:

  1. Email us at musabellacosmetics@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like instead

  2. We'll confirm availability and provide return instructions for the original item

  3. Once we receive and inspect the return, your exchange item will be shipped

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your preferred item is out of stock, we'll offer a refund or store credit instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at musabellacosmetics@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the damage or defect

We'll review your case and arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted after 48 hours of delivery may not be eligible for a replacement or refund.

Gift Returns

Received a MusaBella product as a gift? If the item is unopened and in its original condition, we're happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Please contact us at musabellacosmetics@gmail.com with the order number (if available) or the name of the person who placed the order.

Gift returns are not eligible for a cash refund — store credit or exchange only.

International Orders

For orders shipped outside the United States, customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or import fees incurred. Original customs and import charges are non-refundable. Please contact us before initiating an international return so we can provide the correct instructions for your region.
